Initial Assessment
I am able to do an initial assessment with the person you are supporting, working with them and yourselves to design a support plan that is person centred to their needs, writing a report which includes background information, the agreed support plan and recommendations for continued support. Cost is £150 per initial assessment.
Support packages - 1-2-1 support can be designed, bespoke to the individuals needs. Each package would need to be funded by the individual or the organisation referring the person. Grant funding can also be explored for specific elements of the support not covered.
